Gli Amici di Pierrot commits to provide the free return of the purchased goods including the repayment of shipping costs incurred in returning.
The free return can be made within ten days after receiving the goods. The product to be returned must be intact and in the same condition it was at the time of purchase, it can not be damaged or dirty.
How to return free
- Send an email to [email protected] indicating your information, the items you wish to return, your bank details (necessary for repayment) and the reason why you want to make the return.
- Pack the goods carefully, paying attention to pack the package in the same way we assembled it.
- You will receive an our email where we’ll give you instructions to complete the return.
Procedures for reimbursement
Refund will be made as soon as the goods are received, with bank transfer to the bank account specified as mentioned in point 1.
